Job Responsibility:
Support Moody’s investor relations strategy by supporting investor communications and relationships, ensuring accurate and timely information flow
Develop and maintain relationships with equity investors, sell-side analysts, and financial institutions
Support senior management in investor engagements and communications
Participate in strategic planning and implementation for investor relations initiatives
Respond promptly to investor inquiries with accurate information on Moody’s operating results, strategies, and outlook
Assist in preparing investor materials and events, including earnings releases, presentations, and conferences
Track and analyze sell-side analysts’ earnings and valuation models
Monitor shareholder ownership and maintain detailed records of IR interactions
Lead projects or execute tactical plans in support of IR deliverables
Requirements:
Approximately 7-10 years of experience in investor relations or equity research, investment banking, technology or SaaS Sectors preferred
Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets
Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
Proven stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Strategic planning, competitive analysis, and risk assessment abilities
Experience with new technologies to improve processes and efficiencies, including Gen AI
Knowledge of SEC regulations, corporate governance, and compliance standards
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
MBA, CFA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred
