Job Description:

The role involves acting as a risk steward in compliance, navigating regulatory landscapes, managing anti-money laundering and sanction policies, and ensuring adherence to guidelines from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and relevant regulatory frameworks. The job demands strong analytical, investigation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Work within the Global Standards, instructions, or procedures and guidelines from/under Global AML & Sanctions policies in addition to local regulatory authorities and safe and sound banking practice
ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's guidelines and anti-money laundering legislation
possess legal knowledge and awareness in relation to money laundering and terrorist financing
harmonize the tasks and environment to accomplish job goals within deadlines
conduct analysis and investigations
develop skills in banking activities, training, interpersonal relations, and problem-solving

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
at least 1 year as compliance officer or internal auditor
or at least 2 years as an officer in banking/financial businesses whose work involves a wide range of banking products
experience in being a trainer, whether by nature of job or on ad hoc basis
able to read, write and understand Thai at the language sophisticated level
good command in English
being matured, optimistic, and persuasive
experience in working under severe pressure whereby massive volume of correspondence is required to be closely analyzed and examined
good interpersonal skill
good problem solving skill
experience in detail-oriented environment
being comprehensive
