Job Description:

Join us as an AVP-Financial control, where you'll play a pivotal role in accountable for timely & accurate month-end close process for compensation and benefits across business clusters & functions. This includes bonus accounting for discretionary bonus and share based payments, accounting for post-retirement benefits and redundancy costs. You will be responsible to manage external disclosures in Annual report and notes to Financial Statements for staff costs share based payments and pensions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial reporting
  • Management of the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements
  • Support in identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks
  • Development and maintenance of a robust system of internal controls
  • Development and implementation of up-to-date financial policies and procedures
  • Management of the selection, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and software applications
  • Preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory reports
  • Coordination with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

  • Experience in Financial Reporting, Control, Group reporting and Analytics
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the key accounting principles under IFRS, USGAAP and IB products
  • Highly motivated self-starter and Strong planning & organizational skill
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills
  • Strong control awareness, Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication – verbal and written
  • Qualified Accountant – ACA, CIMA, ACCA
