Job Responsibility:

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis
  • Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business goals
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.)
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, fund planning, and working capital requirements
  • Optimize banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities if required
  • Monitor investment strategies and risk management practices
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance & accounts team members
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Strategic Finance Support: Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, due diligence, cost optimization, etc.
  • Provide financial models and analysis for business cases or investment decisions
  • Participate in board meetings and investor presentations when required

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
  • Graduation Eco honours/B.com Honours (Regular Courses)
  • Senior Secondary /Secondary in regular courses with reputed school (Regular Courses)
  • Proficient in ERP systems SAP and Microsoft Office tools – (Mandatory)
  • Minimum of 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience of companies having turnover of 1000cr & above
