Responsible for the design, implementation and monitorisation of an effective control environment, ensuring Key Risk Indicators and operational procedures for functional areas remain in line with policies and standards with robust governance and reporting

• Co-ordination of the remediation of Issues
• Identification of control gaps
• Governance and MI reporting

• Ample interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
• Line of Defense experience, within a large financial institution or similar organization
• Leading, driving, and executing internal control discipline and operational excellence
• Excellent application skills (MS Applications)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
