Job Description:

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial performance management by coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment.

Job Responsibility:

Develops financial planning processes that include budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Oversees the financial aspects of Medicaid programs, including revenue and expense management, reimbursement rates, cost containment strategies, and financial reporting
Advises management on potential financial risks and develops strategies to mitigate these risks
Leads the department in assessing the financial impact of strategic initiatives
Performs forecasting evaluations specific to Medicaid programs
Ensures compliance with reporting requirements, reimbursement rules, and other financial regulations
Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships across cross-functional teams
Develops training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years total business experience
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
