Requirements
Masters
Registered Nurse
MS/MBA/MHA
Ten years of current healthcare management experience
Skilled in project management, developing positive relationships and large-scale change management
Knowledge of scope and complexity of healthcare delivery systemwide
Experience in analyzing data, reporting results and initiating action plans and/or programs for improvement
Able to relate to and motivate hospital employees and medical staff
Able to plan, organize and direct activities required
Skilled educator with effective communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multi disciplinary team to develop, implement and monitor cardiac and vascular clinical operations throughout the system
