Provides interdisciplinary leadership for defined areas of patient care and services to achieve short and long term strategic and operational goals. Responsibilities include clinical, quality, regulatory, financial and business operations for cardiac surgery, invasive services, research and clinical standardization. Collaborates with physicians, leaders and teams to facilitate high quality, safe and cost-effective care. Fosters a culture of evidence-based patient care, a caring philosophy and shared decision making. Oversees cardiac and vascular performance, developing/maintaining physician and vendor relationships and compliance. Responsible for service line integration and harmonization with system wide entities, program/service development and growth. Leads service line capital planning and projects. Aligns with Supply Chain Services for perpetual and inventory location and asset management. Able to communicate effectively and implement hospital and system wide initiatives. Estimated salary range for this position is $137846.35 - $179200.26 / year depending on experience.
