Job Description:

This role involves monitoring corporate action instructions, tax reporting, cash and holdings reconciliation, error identification, and professional client inquiry handling. Candidates need knowledge of trustee products, good English skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor the progress of domestic/overseas corporate action instructions
Check to withhold taxes on domestic coupons and report withheld taxes to the tax authorities
Support submission of tax reclaims on overseas incomes to the overseas tax authorities
Check reconciliation of cash and holdings between the records of Fund Accounting & Valuation system (DyCAMS) and external records
Identify errors or unauthorized/unknown asset movements
Follow up on inquiries from clients in a careful and professional manner

Requirements:

Knowledge of trustee products and corporate actions
Good command of written and spoken English
Good communication skills
Strong team player
Customer service oriented attitude
