Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a senior employee benefits consultant by managing client engagements, leading RFP and new business efforts, and developing strategic disability, absence, and health management solutions
  • Maintain deep industry expertise while fostering strong relationships with clients, prospects, carriers, and TPAs to support procurement, negotiations, and program optimization
  • Collaborate across internal teams, prepare client deliverables and proposals, and contribute to intellectual capital through peer review and development of new tools and approaches

Requirements

  • 10+ years of disability and absence management experience
  • strong regulatory knowledge
  • demonstrated success managing and growing large client relationships
  • exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • ability to translate findings into clear client deliverables
  • proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Life/Accident/Health license required
  • ability to travel as needed
