To be a successful “AVP – Transaction Banking BM” candidate is expected to work in a high intensity, results oriented team environment as part of the Transaction Banking Business Management team in Noida, which is virtual extension of Global Transaction Banking Business Management team. The candidate is responsible for producing strategy presentations, performance reviews, presentations to monitor performance, owing competitor benchmarking to identify gaps/solutions, owning/optimizing internal databases to facilitate internal KPI reviews and performing ad-hoc customized analysis. The candidate is expected to interact closely with counterparts in other regions and products to understand their requirements and deliver innovative and accurate result in minimum duration.
