Morson Edge is looking for an SMU Avionic Operator – Maintenance to support the Typhoon aircraft programme in Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibility:
Carry out scheduled avionic maintenance on Typhoon aircraft
Conduct inspections, repairs, servicing, overhaul, and testing activities
Perform fault diagnosis and recovery of aircraft systems
Complete modification embodiment activities as required
Ensure all work meets required quality and airworthiness standards
Complete maintenance records, aircraft forms, and documentation accurately
Maintain current authorisations for tasks undertaken
Highlight training needs or capability gaps to supervision
Complete all mandatory training within validity periods
Work fully in line with quality systems and technical publications
Requirements:
National Secondary Education completion
Level 2 Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Minimum 3 years post-qualification practical maintenance experience within an operational flying aircraft environment OR successful completion of relevant apprenticeship programme
Completion of relevant Technician Logbook tasks/projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership prior to start
