Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Avionic Maintenance Instructor (f/m) to join our Airbus Training Center within the Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team that provides an efficient training course to transfer the suitable knowledge, skills and attitude to aircraft mechanics in order to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations and to fulfill their certifying staff duties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide efficient training course to transfer knowledge, skills and attitude to aircraft mechanics
  • Ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations
  • Fulfill certifying staff duties
  • Monitor examination sessions to prevent cheating
  • Perform examination correction and practical competences assessment
  • Ensure completeness of trainee records
  • Release relevant Certificate of Recognition, Training Certificate or Certificate of Course attendance
  • Perform instruction at Airbus Training Centers or at customer bases
  • Act in full autonomy and adapt to unforeseen situations
  • Some may be responsible for course material development and/or standardization activities

Requirements:

  • PART 66, B1/B2, or B2
  • A330CEO/NEO qualification and/or XWB required as priority
  • A320 additional qualification required
  • Fluent English (B2/C1)
  • French could be a plus
