  • Liaise with Police, Border Force, Aviation Security Inspectors, and emergency services during escalated incidents
  • Lead post-incident debriefs and prepare detailed reports and recommendations
  • Build strong working relationships with airline security managers, terminal operators, ground handlers, and retail tenants
  • Provide timely communication and support to airport stakeholders during high-alert situations or disruptions
  • Ensure all shift activities are compliant with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) regulations, Transport Security Programs, and relevant risk management frameworks
  • Manage and maintain all security reporting, logs, and escalation documentation to audit standards
  • Support inspections, audits, and investigations conducted by regulatory bodies or internal compliance teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Aviation Security, including frontline supervisory or managerial roles
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation security regulations, protocols, and threat management
  • Experience managing shift-based teams in high-pressure, security-sensitive environments
  • Strong incident response and investigation skills
  • Customer service experience, with excellent customer service and resolution skills
