DuBois & King, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Aviation Project Accountant/Administrator with a strong background in aviation engineering and familiarity with FAA regulations and compliance. This role will support financial oversight and reporting for aviation-specific projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance. Our ideal candidate is a positive team player, who is ready to jump into a fast paced department and is comfortable working with teams from multiple locations. This position will also be responsible for project administration, budgeting, and forecasting as related to multiple projects. Salary dependent upon experience.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
