Job Description:

DuBois & King, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Aviation Project Accountant/Administrator with a strong background in aviation engineering and familiarity with FAA regulations and compliance. This role will support financial oversight and reporting for aviation-specific projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance. Our ideal candidate is a positive team player, who is ready to jump into a fast paced department and is comfortable working with teams from multiple locations. This position will also be responsible for project administration, budgeting, and forecasting as related to multiple projects. Salary dependent upon experience.

Job Responsibility:

Perform a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities
Project management
Invoicing & contract billing
Credit & collections
FAA Grant and Contract administration
including FAA reporting requirements
Delphi System Management
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Program Development and Administration

Requirements:

3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in the aviation sector
Direct experience working with FAA-funded projects or FAA financial compliance
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Delphi
Experience with Project Management Software Unanet or similar is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have:
