Manage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager
Work closely with project manager, development teams and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues
Well versed with Bug lifecycle from new to closed status
Able to identify P1 Defects which are candidates for automation suite
Develop and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to strengthen
Well versed with all phases of STLC and manual testing principles
Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline
Analyse test results, identify blockers, and work with different teams to resolve issues
