Job Description:

Role involves setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment for events, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, and complying with company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/projection/lighting/conferencing systems and equipment
oversee and ensure AV equipment functionality in banquet and meeting rooms
assist and instruct guests regarding AV equipment usage
monitor AV equipment operation
maintain cleanliness and repair of equipment
communicate any issues or updates to manager/supervisor
adhere to company policies and standards
maintain positive working relationships with team members

Requirements:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
