Av Technician

• Setting up, operating, and de-rigging a variety of audio, visual, and lighting equipment for diverse events
• Providing hands-on technical support to clients on event days, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and venue teams to bring events to life
• Overseeing and coordinating a casual workforce, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Preparing, loading, and unloading AV equipment safely and efficiently
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Maintaining and ensuring the highest standard of equipment presentation
• Adhering to health & safety regulations and best practices
• Supporting other departments when needed

• Proven experience in a similar role in a similar environment
• Strong technical knowledge of audio, visual, and lighting equipment
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless events
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
• General IT proficiency
• A Full UK Driving Licence
