Job Description:

Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment; Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms; Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational and assist customers in using them. Maintain professional appearance and working relationships with the team, while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Work as part of a global team under Renaissance Hotels, a Marriott International brand.

Job Responsibility:

Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems
Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms
Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment
Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to support team goals
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Protect company assets

Requirements:

Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems
Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms
Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment
Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to support team goals
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
At least 1 year of related work experience
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
