We are working with a market-leading AV integrator that has built a strong reputation within the Corporate and Enterprise space over several decades. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of corporate AV projects from initial brief through to final delivery and handover
  • Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales to support site surveys, high-level designs and costings
  • Develop detailed technical documentation including schematics, low-level designs and wiring schedules
  • Act as the technical lead across projects, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Oversee on-site engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to client expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication across projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background within AV, ideally from an engineering or commissioning role
  • Proven experience delivering corporate AV projects such as boardrooms, auditoriums and AV over IP environments
  • Deep understanding of signal flow, control systems and DSP technologies
  • Experience producing technical documentation including schematics and system designs
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
  • A proactive and driven mindset with the ambition to progress into senior leadership roles.
