Job Responsibility:
Manage the full lifecycle of corporate AV projects from initial brief through to final delivery and handover
Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales to support site surveys, high-level designs and costings
Develop detailed technical documentation including schematics, low-level designs and wiring schedules
Act as the technical lead across projects, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
Oversee on-site engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to client expectations
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication across projects.
Requirements:
Strong technical background within AV, ideally from an engineering or commissioning role
Proven experience delivering corporate AV projects such as boardrooms, auditoriums and AV over IP environments
Deep understanding of signal flow, control systems and DSP technologies
Experience producing technical documentation including schematics and system designs
Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
A proactive and driven mindset with the ambition to progress into senior leadership roles.

Competitive base salary of £55,000 – £60,000
