Job Responsibility

  • Provide onsite and remote support for commercial AV systems across client locations
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and break/fix support on installed AV equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving control systems, DSPs, conferencing solutions, and integrated AV technologies
  • Deliver excellent customer service while interacting directly with end users and client stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly safety meetings and follow company safety procedures while working in the field
  • Support service contracts and recurring maintenance agreements for existing customers
  • Document service activities, findings, and recommendations

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of commercial AV support, service, installation, or field engineering experience
  • Experience supporting technologies such as: Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Q-SYS
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

AV-related certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, etc.)
