Job Description:

The AV Solutions Engineer role at NTT DATA requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in VC-AV solutions and IT service management. Candidates should possess expertise in audio/video signal flow, AV integration, and ITIL framework. The position involves leading AV system installations, providing L3 support for live events, and collaborating with internal teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead installation, configuration, and optimization of AV/VC systems
  • Provide L3-level support for live events, video conferences, and studio setups
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design AV solutions
  • Manage vendor coordination for hardware/software upgrades and issue resolution
  • Maintain detailed documentation of AV infrastructure, incidents, and changes
  • Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
  • Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in VC-AV solutions, network infrastructure, and IT service management
  • Expert understanding of audio/video signal flow, gain staging, codecs, and AV integration
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery processes
  • Proficient in advanced fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution
  • Experience in managing escalations and coordinating with OEMs and vendors
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco AV/WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams, and other conferencing platforms
  • Ability to design and implement AV solutions for complex environments
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers
  • Strong project coordination and change management capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Qualification: BE/B. TECH
  • Willingness to support outside general shift hours as per business needs
