We’re seeking an AV Project Manager with proven experience overseeing the installation of extra-low-voltage (ELV) systems within major refurbishments and new-build environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on management experience across disciplines such as data infrastructure, audio-visual systems, CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and other associated technologies. They will be confident managing complete programmes of work, leading engineering teams, preparing and maintaining fully synchronised project schedules, coordinating material procurement, and ensuring robust quality control throughout delivery. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and internal stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who consistently delivers projects safely, on time, on budget, and to a high professional standard, while upholding excellent client relationships and maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach on site.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and manage AV projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on AV solutions
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or risks promptly
Prepare and present project reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support ongoing business development
Requirements:
Proven experienced in project management with AV background, preferably within a construction context is essential
Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, systems design, and installation processes
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong ability to collaborate positively with various internal departments such as Sales, Design, and Installation teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude under changing requirements
Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant professional qualifications in project management are advantageous
Clean driving licence valid in the UK and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

Competitive salary package (£40,000 to £43,000 per annum)
