Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of AV project delivery from design validation through to implementation and handover
Translate high-level designs into detailed Low-Level Designs, schematics, and rack elevations
Act as the technical authority on projects, ensuring delivery aligns with approved designs and specifications
Attend site visits and post-sales surveys to validate designs, equipment suitability, and project requirements
Coordinate with internal CAD teams to produce accurate drawings and documentation
Maintain technical documentation, logs, RFIs, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and participate in client workshops covering GUI design, networking, and technical specifications
Support on-site implementation and coordinate networking requirements with client IT teams
Assist with pre-commissioning, testing, and final system commissioning
Work closely with Project Managers and Solutions Architects to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
Strong experience producing AV Low-Level Designs, schematics, and technical documentation
Proficiency with CAD tools for AV design and layout
Hands-on knowledge of AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Qsys, Biamp, and Dante
Experience configuring DSPs and developing intuitive user interfaces
Proven ability to validate designs through site surveys and on-site implementation
Experience supporting pre-commissioning and testing activities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong “can-do” approach to complex challenges
Ability to work confidently with clients, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders
