Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive AV Project Coordinator to join our growing Projects team. This is a key role supporting the successful delivery of audio-visual projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll be at the heart of project operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating documentation and procurement to supporting project managers and maintaining accurate records, your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential. Job Responsibility:

  • Setting up and maintaining accurate project administration across Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and email
  • Raising and managing purchase orders (PORs) in line with internal processes
  • Coordinating material deliveries and site logistics
  • Supporting Project Managers with labour requests and scheduling
  • Creating and managing key project documentation, including RAMS and O&M manuals
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for documentation requests
  • Maintaining up-to-date project records, including cost tracking (CTCs) and delivery status
  • Creating and managing project folders, Teams channels, and documentation structures
  • Supporting communication across internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technical or engineering environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Resilient and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-driven, professional, and positive in all interactions
  • Must hold a clean UK driving licence
