Job Responsibility:

  • Command the technology powering our cutting-edge Experience Center, Conference/Collaboration spaces, and individual workstations
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and the AV for high-profile customer events, product launches, and internal hackathons
  • Deliver exceptional 'white-glove' support to our developers, creatives, and leadership
  • Master and maintain the sophisticated AV and IT ecosystem within our modern workspace
  • Be the escalation point for the most challenging technical issues

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate IT support role
  • Demonstrated experience with professional A/V production equipment (lighting, audio, cameras, Dante, NDI)
  • Expertise with enterprise conference room technologies (Logitech, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms)
  • Advanced support knowledge of Windows 11, iOS, and macOS in a developer-heavy environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 application suite
