We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Junior Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing our enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams, Cisco conferencing systems, and AV solutions including Crestron and Polycom Studio series. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting executive leadership with polished communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft Teams (including Teams Rooms, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, and telephony integrations)
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco conferencing systems (Webex, SX/MX series) and AV systems (Crestron, Polycom Studio X50)
Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams and Cisco platforms
Monitor and optimize performance of conferencing platforms and AV infrastructure
Deliver high-level technical support for executive meetings and events
Manage Microsoft Teams policies, user configurations, and call quality analytics
Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain system documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for scalable solution design and troubleshooting
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support roles
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams (Teams Rooms, telephony)
Proficient in Cisco conferencing systems (Webex, SIP/H.323 endpoints)
Experience with Crestron AV control systems and Polycom Studio X50
Familiarity with AV over IP, HDMI/HDBaseT, and signal flow for video/audio
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Experience supporting executive-level users with high responsiveness and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Certifications in Microsoft Teams, Cisco Collaboration, or Crestron programming
Experience with Zoom CRC or similar conferencing connectors
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Experience supporting hybrid work environments and remote collaboration technologies
