Job Description:

Carex is partnering with a Manufacturing and Services industry partner to find a dependable and hands-on AV/Facilitates Assistant to support a Project Manager with a facility wide printer installation project. This role is essential for smooth project execution and includes physical setup work, organization of materials, and coordination assistance. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute on-site with a proactive attitude. This is a one day engagement onsite in Wyomissing, PA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Unpack, sort, and organize equipment and boxes at the project site
  • Safely lift, move, and mount televisions and AV equipment
  • Assist the Project Manager with site coordination and task execution
  • Prepare work areas, ensuring tools and materials are installation-ready
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
  • Support other duties as needed to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
  • Familiarity and comfort using basic hand and power tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or in a team setting

Nice to have:

Previous experience in AV installation, construction, or general labor is a plus
