Av Infrastructure Engineer L8

• Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of AV systems for various large spaces, working with external consultants and integrators
• Conduct R&D on new technologies, including AI, to develop and test innovative designs and proofs of concept
• Collaborate closely with the project management team during the design and build phases
• Own all project documentation, including runbooks and process documents
• Provide rapid Tier 3 support by troubleshooting and fixing global system issues
• Manage relationships with vendors and manufacturers to coordinate installations, repairs, and sourcing of new equipment
• Work with IT security and network teams to assess risks associated with new infrastructure designs
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional partners within the larger organization

• 10+ years experience in AV system design, integration and implementation
• Experience with AV control systems and UIs
• Qsys programming and commissioning (required control, UCI and DSP programming and troubleshooting capability, Camera tracking experience a plus) CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
• Extensive knowledge of digital signal processing systems (QSC, Biamp, Yamaha etc..)
• Functional knowledge of Dante networked audio routing and configuration
• Zoom Rooms as a VC platform (commissioning, administration, testing and troubleshooting)
