AV Engineer

• Install, service, and support AV, lighting, shading, and control systems
• Carry out preventative maintenance visits and prepare service reports
• Diagnose and resolve system faults independently or as part of a team
• Install upgrades and assist with small to mid-scale projects
• Liaise directly with clients, providing excellent service in high-end settings
• Maintain accurate records of all work and ensure installations meet the highest standards

• Strong knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar)
• Experience in multiroom AV distribution, cinema systems, and lighting/shading controls
• Competent in fault-finding, technical drawings, and cabling terminations
• Networking knowledge (VLANs, system monitoring tools) desirable
• Confident communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to clients
• Team player with the ability to also work independently
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
