Job Description

We are recruiting for an AV Support Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day. Job Responsibility

  • To provide the highest levels of client care and service to our client in line with the set policies and procedures
  • Functions as part of a larger UK and Ireland based Technology Services department which provides Audio Visual Services
  • Manages the day to day running over 200 meeting rooms including 7 event spaces catering for over 100 people per space
  • Provides white glove meeting support to our Senior Executives
  • Plays a key role in onboarding new equipment into our local environment

Requirements

  • Setting up new AV vendors and maintaining updated status in internal systems (vendor onboarding / supplier hub), including facilitation of SOWs and NDAs and delivery to our contracts hub
  • Supporting AV creative content managers on asset planning, tracking, legal clearances, QC and final delivery
