Whether setting up and breaking down materials, transporting supplies, stocking bars and action stations, or anything in between, the Event Support Expert plays a key role in making our events run flawlessly.

Job Responsibility

  • Setting up tables and chairs for banquets or meetings
  • Creating a memorable and unique atmosphere
  • Delivering a wide range of services to allow events to go off without a hitch
  • Setting up and breaking down materials
  • Transporting supplies
  • Stocking bars and action stations
  • Performing other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
  • Ability to create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
  • Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance
