Job Description:
The Auxiliar Contable will be responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. They will organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. The role involves recording, storing, accessing, and/or analyzing computerized financial information, maintaining accurate electronic spreadsheets, and classifying, coding, and summarizing numerical and financial data. The position also requires preparing, maintaining, and distributing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables, completing period-end closing procedures, and preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing bills, invoices, and account statements. The candidate must follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information. They must also address guests' service needs professionally, communicate clearly, and develop positive working relationships with others.
