Job Description

We are seeking both full-time and part-time Level 1 or Level 2, Autoplan agents who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. If you thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and have the skills listed above, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance License (required)
  • Proven experience with ICBC Autoplan transactions
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions
