As a part of our dynamic and dedicated team, you will directly contribute to our ongoing success by engaging in customer relations, from lead generation to contract fulfilment in collaboration with the Key Account Manager. You will help achieve project deadlines, maintain budget and high-quality standards, as well as propose improvements for our customers' processes, operations, and organisational IT or network systems. By closely identifying new business opportunities alongside our customers, you support the long-term profitability and growth of Ericsson.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfilment
  • Ensure that Consulting projects are delivered in time, within budget and maintaining a high quality standard
  • Analyze and propose improvements on customers' processes, operations, organization, IT or network
  • Interact closely with customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders
