Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just design screens, but thinks about what happens when that screen sits in front of a driver at 130 km/h. If you’ve worked on automotive HMIs — clusters, head units, ADAS visualizations, EV interfaces, mobility apps — and have a portfolio to show, we should talk. This is hands-on UI design for real vehicles. Embedded systems. Performance constraints. Safety context. Sunlight, night driving, cognitive load. Designing for motion, not static layouts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar)
  • 2–3+ years of experience in UI design, preferably in automotive HMI / embedded systems (clusters, head units, ADAS, EV interfaces, mobility apps)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects (automotive/embedded strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping) and working knowledge of Photoshop when needed
  • Solid understanding of UI animation and motion principles (transitions, micro-interactions, state changes)
  • Strong skills in visual hierarchy, typography, and icon systems, ensuring readability in critical contexts (sunlight, night driving, motion, cognitive load)
  • Ability to design within technical and performance constraints and collaborate effectively with developers on feasibility
  • Genuine interest in vehicles and mobility, with sensitivity to safety, clarity, and ambiguity reduction
What we offer:
  • A place where ideas are valued, growth is supported, and individual perspectives contribute to meaningful innovation
  • Integrity first: we act with transparency and responsibility in every decision, project, and interaction
  • Diversity as a strength: different backgrounds and viewpoints help us solve complex problems better
  • Inclusion by design: we encourage open dialogue and create space for everyone to contribute
  • Growth mindset: we support continuous learning and professional development through real projects and shared expertise
