Automotive Technician

• Perform mechanical inspections on incoming vehicles to assess condition and identify any mechanical issues
• Carry out light mechanical repairs and reconstruction work (e.g., brake systems, transmissions, electrical, AC, driveability, suspension, minor engine repairs)
• Document findings from inspections and repairs accurately and in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with reconditioning and detailing teams to ensure vehicles are fully prepped for resale
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times ensuring a safe work environment for all team members
• Complies with procedures relating to recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• ASE Certification is highly preferred
• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and repair manuals
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles

ASE Certification is highly preferred
