Job Responsibility

  • Diagnostics: Lead the charge on advanced electrical, driveability, and computer-related issues
  • Wide-Ranging Repairs: Execute engine, suspension, and heavy-line work with OEM precision. From oil changes to the large jobs
  • Quality Control: Ensure every vehicle leaving your bay meets our 'fixed right the first time' standard
  • Inspect & Test: From our 48-point vehicle inspections to more
  • Culture: Contribute to a professional, clean, organized, and positive team culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Professionalism
  • Must have tools

  • Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to effectively communicate vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and estimated costs to customers
  • Uphold Meineke's commitment to customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns professionally
