Job Responsibility

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Assist in advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with Meineke’s standards and safety protocols
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all services performed
  • Stay current with industry trends through ongoing training

Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent technical training
  • Strong understanding of brake systems, suspension, steering, and basic electrical diagnostics
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures accurately
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • technical certifications preferred
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
