Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Technical Operations Specialist to join a global leader in sustainable mobility and fleet management. As an Automotive Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of garage workflows in line with the master agreements. The Automotive Technical Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing technical approvals and ensuring service quality through effective operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and regulate garage workflow processes to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service standards
  • Act as the primary communication link between the Mobility team and service provider, ensuring alignment and timely updates on service activities
  • Manage and approve workshop requests for vehicle maintenance and body repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Coordinate and control the channeling of maintenance and body repair appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource utilization
  • Monitor and control costs related to repairs and maintenance to ensure cost-efficiency and value delivery
  • Negotiate and secure competitive pricing with the service provider, ensuring full transparency and clear communication of total repair costs
  • Pursue warranty recovery opportunities, even for vehicles outside standard factory warranty periods
  • Maintain accurate records of all driver interactions and service activities using internal systems
  • Identify and escalate complex or high-impact issues requiring further attention or intervention
  • Monitor, analyze, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service quality, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness, and take corrective actions where necessary
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting action plans that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in automotive markets
  • Very good command of English language, both verbal and written
  • Technical knowledge of automotive systems, including repair, and maintenance
  • Body repair workshop experience will be considered as a plus
  • University degree will be considered as an asset
  • Organizational skills
  • Be able to work in teams
  • Customer oriented
