Job Responsibility

Run the Shop: Oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and keep things running smoothly

Requirements

Proven sales success in automotive or related fields
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed goals
2–3 years of experience in automotive service management preferred
Familiarity with shop management software (like Tekmetric) and basic office tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
