Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue by building and executing sales strategies, owning the numbers, and hitting/exceeding targets
Lead the team by hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing crew
Win every customer by setting the standard for customer experience and turning walk-ins into loyal clients
Run a tight shop by overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, and keeping the store at peak efficiency
Manage the P&L by understanding costs, controlling margins, and growing store profitability

Requirements:
Proven sales track record
Leadership experience
Hunger to earn
Automotive background (highly preferred)
Tech comfort (familiar with POS or shop management software, MS Office proficient)
