Requirements:
Proven sales track record - You've hit targets and beaten goals
Leadership experience - You've managed a team, developed people, and held them accountable
Hunger to earn - You're motivated by performance-based pay, not a salary ceiling
Automotive background - Highly preferred but not required
we'll teach the product if you bring the sales instinct
Tech comfort - Familiar with POS or shop management software (Tekmetric a plus). MS Office proficient
Valid driver's license - Clean driving record required
