We don't want a caretaker — we want a closer. If you can sell, coach a team, and run a tight operation, we will make it the most rewarding job you've ever had. Our stores run at high volume. Every store manager is essentially running their own business, with the backing of an established brand and a compensation plan built to reward performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record
  • Leadership experience

  • Automotive background - Highly preferred but not required
  • Tech comfort - Familiar with POS or shop management software (Tekmetric a plus). MS Office proficient
  • Valid driver's license - Clean driving record required
