Drive Revenue - Build and execute sales strategies, own the numbers, hit and exceed targets every month
Lead the Team - Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing crew
Win Every Customer - Set the standard for customer experience, turn walk-ins into loyal repeat clients
Run a Tight Shop - Oversee daily operations, manage workflow, keep store running at peak efficiency
Manage the P&L - Understand costs, control margins, grow store profitability quarter over quarter
Build the Culture - Create an environment where the best people want to work and stay
Requirements:
Proven sales track record
Leadership experience (managed a team, developed people, held them accountable)
Hunger to earn
Automotive background (highly preferred but not required)
Tech comfort (familiar with POS or shop management software, Tekmetric a plus, MS Office proficient)
Valid driver's license (clean driving record required)
