As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.
Job Responsibility:
Sales Team Leadership: Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team's potential
Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback
Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
Foster positive customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available vehicles
Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper vehicle display and pricing
Oversee vehicle merchandising and presentation in the showroom
Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations and dealership policies
Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, financing, and warranties
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales or showroom management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
