Job Description

As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.

Job Responsibility

  • Sales Team Leadership: Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team's potential
  • Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Foster positive customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available vehicles
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper vehicle display and pricing
  • Oversee vehicle merchandising and presentation in the showroom
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations and dealership policies
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, financing, and warranties
