Our client in Sevenoaks is hiring a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer support and tailored solutions. What you will be doing: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat * Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction * Record and update customer interactions within the Salesforce platform * Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement * Assist clients with account management, including setting up or updating details * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently * Promote relevant financial products and services, adhering to compliance standards * Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and industry regulations What you will bring: * Proven experience in customer service, with an automotive knowledge being a bonus * Proficiency with CRM systems is highly desirable * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate insights * Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility * A proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Sales or upselling experience is a plus but not essential Additional details: * Location: Sevenoaks * Hours: 8am to 5pm (Friday 3.30pm finish) * 31 days holiday including bank holidays * Minimum salary of £15 per hour * Immediate start available
