Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Clearly explain service needs and recommended maintenance
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians
  • Keep customers informed on service progress and any changes
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • A strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to meet performance goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
