Job Responsibility

Greeting customers, and getting them checked into the system
Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and offering alternatives based on customers budgets and needs
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians
Informing customers about warranty protections and various programs and discounts
Scheduling customers and understanding the work flow of the department
Informing customers of changes as they come up and being in continuous contact with customers to make sure they understand the process each step of the way

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, with an automotive knowledge being a bonus
Proficiency with CRM systems is highly desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate insights
Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility
A proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Sales or upselling experience is a plus but not essential

Job Responsibility

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
Record and update customer interactions within the Salesforce platform
Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
Assist clients with account management, including setting up or updating details
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
Promote relevant financial products and services, adhering to compliance standards
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and industry regulations
