The Automotive Portfolio Managing Director will lead the Automotive and Hi-Tech portfolio, focusing on growth and client relationships. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and expand the Automotive and Hi‑Tech portfolio by setting a compelling vision and executing a practical, results-oriented growth strategy
  • Provide executive leadership for Client Executives responsible for client relationships, growth, operations, and overall account administration
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective clients by leveraging industry insights, market shifts, and regulatory trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C‑suite leaders across the Automotive and Hi‑Tech sectors
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, driving long-term value and partnership expansion
  • Coach account teams on client strategy, relationship development, and positioning for long-term success
  • Provide oversight in achieving financial and operational objectives while ensuring execution excellence
  • Guide account teams on P&L performance, operational efficiency, and strategic account growth
  • Lead engagement planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and deliverable definition
  • Lead teams in the development of large proposals, solution frameworks, intellectual property, and program plans

Requirements:

  • 15 years’ overall experience in Information Technology Services, Consulting, and/or Technology Solutions or Hyper Scaler space
  • 10 years in a client leadership role developing complex strategic and operational plans focused on hitting performance metrics and executing go-to-market strategy delivering market gains and related financial growth
  • 7 years of direct account leadership experience managing large, multi-location IT Services and Consulting teams within the Automotive segment
  • 8 years of experience in budgeting, P&L ownership, and operational efficiency with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance goals in fast-paced environments
  • Possess consultative client relationship approach to be able to operate at the intersection of business and technology and direct value-add offering discussions key to establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all client/organization levels
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
