Job Description:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (42.5 hours) + every 2nd Saturday 9am-12pm. SAS Auto parts Ltd is one the largest suppliers of suspension and automotive parts in NZ and considered by many in the trade as Market leaders in our field. We are Kiwi operated with branches throughout New Zealand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
  • Build effective customer relationships
  • Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
  • Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
  • Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
  • Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their team mates

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
  • Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
  • Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
  • Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
  • Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested
